We came back from the Lindos Breeze at the end of September and what a great choice it was as we got everything that we wanted from a holiday. ... read more We arrived late after midnight and some sandwiches, water and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in our room which were very much appreciated. The room was just the right size with a very comfy bed and a great balcony overlooking the pool. My only slight negative was that the bathroom was a little small and could have done with finishing to a better standard but everything worked and there was always plenty of hot water. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the hotel cleaners. Facilities at the Lindos Imperial are shared with the Breeze and the bars and restaurants were excellent, our favourite being the beach bar and restaurant. I had read a review of the Lindos Imperial prior to our holiday and there were a few negative comments about the buffet food but I can honestly say that the buffet breakfast and evening meal was a very high standard with loads of different choices. We tried 4 of the different themed restaurants which were all very good, maybe could have done with the option of steak at the Grill restaurant but the lamb I had was excellent. The Breeze staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Overall a great place to go on holiday and I would be more than happy to return to the Lindos Breeze, thanks for a superb holiday

The food I think it was not what was expected as per the quality of cooking and meat/fish choices. I appreciate the effort making it and the hard work behind it, but the management should discuss it seriously and concern them. Chinese, Mexican and Italian restaurants served us a type of food that seemed like the buffet's leftovers...

Also, I was expecting a type of entertainment in the resort-like animaters to make us laugh with shows, or do events at the beach with water yoga, etc., or listen to some Greek music at nights or evenings somewhere, the main bar was too loud for the people with small kids.

Overall, we had a great time, great atmosphere, super friendly and hard working staff. An amazing food would have skyrocket our experience. More

We enjoyed a really relaxing week away, and it is a beautiful hotel and a really big area. The pool areas are lovely at Lindos breeze and Lindos imperial, and... read more we spent most of our time at the relax pool. This often had a DJ and music which we really enjoyed (although didn’t suit the ‘relax pool’ title) and there was always beds. The bar was great with a good selection of drinks, and the bar staff are great and really friendly. The beach is nice and the sea is beautiful, although it is more stoney than sand. Breakfast was nice with lots to offer, but it got repetitive by the end of the holiday. Lunch was the best meal, as they had lots to offer and it was all really nice and tasty, especially the kebabs at the souvlaki bar. Dinner was good on the whole, but the a la carte was slightly disappointing. The buffet was good and we ate there twice as the a la carte gets booked up quick. The Italian was delicious food and our favourite meal at the hotel, but the steak restaurant was disappointing with very poor starters and OK mains. The bars were nice with a good, chilled atmosphere and drinks. The rooms were nice and clean, but our beds were uncomfortable. The bed was made up of two singles, so they moved apart during the night leaving a big gap in between and we had to get up during the night to push them back together. The bathroom was unfinished with plaster and odd tiles although this didn’t bother us too much and the shower was still good. Silke and the reception were great and very helpful, especially with helping us get to Lindos or Pefkos for a night out which I would highly recommend as Lindos is beautiful and there are lots of nice places to eat and easily accessed on the bus. Overall, a really nice hotel for a chilled relaxing stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. We are major foodies, but on the whole we enjoyed the food on offer with the Italian being our favourite. Beautiful scenery and a great location only 20 mins from Lindos.

Carmelia in the Breeze poolside bar is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.
Love the Breeze.
All meals are taken at The Lindos Imperial - food is varied and lots of choice.
For me the Breeze is perfect.
The only thing I would ask is please top up tea and coffee when used in guest rooms.
Thank you. We will return.
Thank you Sophia and team.

We stayed in the Lindos Breeze and had a good apartment in a smaller hotel block with exclusive use of pool and bar. We had the use of all facilities... read more at the Lindos Imperial which was just across the road. Unfortunately at the time we visited, last week of October, the entertainment had finished and the 5 restaurants were closing. However the main buffet restaurant offered a good selection of food (although not hot enough for us). We enjoyed the wonderful towns nearby and a bus stop was located right outside the hotel. The bar staff went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay a were friendly and really helpful. Our special thanks go to Romeo at the main pool bar who really looked after us and to Alexandros, Altin and Semis in the main reception bar who made sure we enjoyed our evenings at the hotel and helped us when we wanted to find good places to go outside of the hotel. Really enjoyed evening at Atmosphere Lounge and Lindos is beautiful. If you want a quiet holiday in a lovely country then this time of year would be great but probably not last week if you want you want to enjoy all the facilities.

It was late and dark and we were very hungry. We knew the restaurants were serving food until 10pm so we had hoped we'd be offered something to eat before we left. Instead we were given a measly roll and a glass of water. The receptionist could hardly be bothered to look up from her phone as we queried why the people behind us were checked in straight away.

After being put into the cab outside the hotel we thought we would try and get some sleep wherever they were sending us and call in the morning for an update. We had booked the Lindos Breeze for its small boutique feel and ample amenities. We were sent to a hotel with a capacity 10x that of our original booking. We spoke to the people behind reception who gave us the keys to our room and then explained to us all the extra charges we would face at this new hotel (alcohol was an extra charge at the a la cart restaurant, evening entertainment was at an extra charge, safety deposit boxes cost €25 for the week and so on). Then we were shown to a room which was incredibly run down, with a dirty bathroom, ant problem, a door which had a crack the entire way around the frame which let light in all night and old food behind the furniture.

We were upset and disgusted. We informed our provider of the issue who tried to get in touch with the Lindos Breeze who refused to respond until 3 days later to say the issue was still present and they would not be able to have us back for the duration of our stay. From prior experience booking with BA we know that their providers are normally very quick at responding and resolving any issues as quickly as possible but it appeared the Lindos Breeze could not have cared less.

During this time we had spoken to other people at the new hotel who had similar experiences with the Lindos Breeze 2-3 days prior to our arrival however they had been informed the hotel had been overbooked, we began to think that maybe there wasn't a plumbing issue after all.

After complaining to the front desk at our new accommodation they were very helpful in upgrading our room and offering complimentary excursions and spa treatments and we ended up having a lovely time at the new hotel. After the initial blip we really cannot fault the hotel we ended up at for their hospitality. However, this hotel was definitely not the same as the 5* resort we had booked and paid for. The fact that the Lindos Breeze thought this was a reasonable replacement is shocking.

It's a shame as we have friends who were looking to take a trip to Greece and prior to our arrival I said I'd let them know how the hotel was but after our experience I urge people to stay away. Not only did we feel taken advantage of but it spoiled our first few days away, not the relaxing start we wanted to our holiday at all.

I know it's been a tough few years for hotels and hospitality but you cannot treat people like this. We were truly disgusted by the management at the Lindos Breeze. More
