Transfers

Dear valued customer, Lindos Breeze Beach Hotel would like to provide you with optional kind of transfers from Rhodes airport or Rhodes Port to the Hotel at the following costs :

Above rates are one way and includes all taxes and fees.

1. The above rates are valid for the number of persons specified above plus one standard piece of luggage per person/child. In case the number/size of luggage exceeds the maximum we will order a taxi to transfer the exceeding luggage which will be charged as extra.

2. Baby and children seats will be provided upon request stating the age of the child and the type of seat required. Please note that children/baby seats reduce due to their size the space in the taxi! Baby or children seats are charged with 5,– Euro per seat/way.

3. For the Shuttle transfers the maximum waiting time at the Airport is 55 minutes.

4. At the arrival gate clients should search for S TOURS desk for give them the shuttle transfer or any other kind of transfer.

5. Transfer bookings have to be made at least 48hours prior to arrival/departure to reservations@otenet.gr – Bookings will only be accepted in written form by e-mail.

6. Flight changes need to be announced in writing latest 24 hours prior to arrival/departure to : reservations@otenet.gr

7. Pre-booked transfers that are not used by the client (non shows) will be charged with the full amount. Pre arranged pick up times have to be kept by the client.

8. Lindos Breeze Beach Hotel does not accept any liability for missed flight connections or other cost arising from delayed transfer services due to unforeseen traffic situations or short term flight changes.

9. The transfer drivers will wait for the client at the arrival hall of Rhodes airport or at the lobby of the Lindos Breeze, holding a sign with the clients printed name.
